E-Sign Implementation – Bill Processing Flow


    

Flow 1 (With DAO Login): 

 DDO submits bill → DAO scrutiny → Forward to DDO → E-Sign at DDO → Token Generation (No E-Sign) → Scrutiny by Auditor → Supdt → PAO → E-Sign at each level. 




 Flow 2 (Without DAO Login):

 DDO submits bill → E-Sign at DDO → Token Generation (No E-Sign) → Scrutiny by Auditor → Supdt → PAO → E-Sign at each level.
